With nineteen years in the fitness industry, Shannon Montoya has all the know-how to be a personal trainer. While she spent fourteen years of that time working as a fitness instructor, she has dedicated the last five years of her life towards using her experience to tackle personal training. During this time, she has founded ShannonStrong, a fitness-based training company which has helped 60+ San Antonian's stay fit and be confident in who they are.

Shannon started her fitness journey after having her first child, Logan, and feeling the call to motivate other moms into improving their fitness levels and regaining their confidence during inevitable bodily changes. Since these humble beginnings, Shannon has worked under top PT names like LesMills as an assessor, as well as working with 1,000's of Club Fitness clients.

Shannon prides herself on working hard to develop close client relationships, a fact which is evident from the size of her regular client list. Within her capacity as a personal trainer, she always takes the time to listen to her clients, something which she claims is vital for achieving the incite necessary to help every single one achieve the healthy lifestyles they desire.

ShannonStrong is a San Antonio-based training company committed to provide affordable health training for everyone. Using her experiences of motherhood, years of teaching fitness classes, and the realities of a changing body, Shannon founded the company with a focus on helping everyone achieve high fitness levels and functional independence. 

​Using methods like online and in-person training, ShannonStrong works closely with clients to help them address issues early and work with clients of all ages aiming to achieve strong, healthy lifestyles. The private gym in which Shannon trains is available at all times of day and provides a safe environment for even self-conscious exercisers. With fun group training sessions, Shannon could also help you to develop a supportive fitness network.
Shannon values lasting relationships with all her clients, and prides herself in working hard to help you stay committed to your fitness goals. Unlike many large personal training firms, Shannon promises to listen to your needs and work with you in developing a fitness regime which suits your needs and aids your goals.
